I'm a holistic, creative, and spiritual psychotherapist and yoga instructor.
More importantly, I believe in connection.
Why does that matter?
Because I know it will strengthen your relationship with your own intuition.
In our therapeutic relationship, we will create space for connection so you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your innate wisdom, creativity, awareness, and life-force.
Your natural intuition and creative life-force already live within you.
Together, we can learn to understand, soften, and move through the barriers that may be keeping you from accessing them.
Peace by piece.
More About Laura
Movement, creativity, and humor have always been my way of listening — to myself, to others, and for what is most honest, intimate, and alive.
I once dreamed of being a choreographer; now I get to witness and experience that same joy as a yoga teacher and therapist — helping people attune to their own rhythm, trust their inner knowing, and discover the choreography that helps them feel good in their own lives.
I'm drawn to what's provocative, whimsical, and honest — because so much of comedy, like healing, begins with recognition: we laugh, and we soften, because we relate.
Whether I'm making art, practicing yoga, or engaging in therapy, I'm interested in the same thing: discovery and listening. What wants to be expressed? What am I — and/or — what are we curious about? What becomes possible when we slow down enough to notice? To me, creativity, spirituality, embodiment, and humor can open doors into deeper parts of ourselves.
In our work together, I bring curiosity alongside deep respect for how vulnerable this process can be. I'm comfortable sitting with grief, uncertainty, big feelings, and the parts of yourself that feel hard to name. I won't rush you or tell you what healing should look like.
If you feel things deeply — and sometimes feel too much for the world around you — you don't have to shrink here.
Your sensitivity is not a problem to manage; it's a strength to understand, honor, and care for.
Your story, your feelings, and your whole self are welcome here — at a pace that feels right for you."
Your depth is not too much for this room-
it’s what makes the work possible.
