Somatic Siesta: Breathe. Stretch. Refocus.

This midday reset is a 45 minute pause button for your overworked brain and under-listened-to body. Designed for high-achievers, deep feelers, and anyone who’s tired of powering through, this class blends gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and rest so you can return to your day clear, calm, and actually in your body.

Perfect for professionals working from home (or hiding in their car), overstimulated moms and multitasking queens, anyone who forgot what their breath feels like.

Your most productive hour might be the one you spend doing nothing.

heARTful Pause: You don’t have to talk about it, you can just make something about it.

If you're the type who’s always in your head, overthinking everything, and feeling a lot behind the scenes—this space is for you. heART Pause is a low-pressure creative group for teens and young adults who carry big emotions, perfectionist energy, and maybe a little burnout too.

We use super simple art materials (think: markers, paper, tape, collage) to explore what’s going on inside—no art skills needed, and definitely no pressure to “fix” yourself. This isn’t therapy, it’s a pause. A place to get what’s in your head out onto the page.

Perfect for those who are overwhelmed but don’t always know why, if you’re constantly trying to hold it all together, you’re a deep feeler, quiet thinker, or creative spirit who needs space to just be.

Rest & Restore: Let your body catch up with your soul

This is the class that meets you at the end of a long, full day—the one where you did all the things for everyone else. Rest & Restore is a blend of slow movement, deep breaths, and intentional stillness that helps you exhale the day and refill your own cup.

For all those who have been going on all day let this be the retreat your body has been craving for. No need to getaway.

Perfect for moms and/or boss babes who’ve been “on” all day, women balancing work, care, and everything in between and anyone who ends the day feeling depleted but still craving presence..
